This morning we visited Tong Reng Tang and Chen Huang Temple. Tong Reng Tang is a famous Chinese Physician Store which sells a range of traditional Chinese medications and other useful health stuff. We had our foot massage, and was diagnosed to see whether we have any hidden illnesses. Both my wife and I were diagnosed to be of no good health and were suggested for some effective medications. Anyway, judging the offered prices, I know it is better for us to have money than health in order to go back to Malaysia! Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable experience to have our foot massage. Also, you may be surprised to know that my sister had asked my mom before we went to Shanghai to buy home some skin ointments for her future use!
This is how the Oriental Pearl Tower in Shanghai looks like! I understand that it is 468 meters high, and is the highest TV tower in Asia and the third in the world!
The main 263-meter-high sightseeing floor allowed visitors/tourists to enjoy the dynamic city view. From here, we can look down at the Huang Pu River running down the feet, and keep the beautiful scenery of both sides of Huang Pu River in view. How you think I felt? The experience of wonderland of walking in the clouds above the city! To tell you a secret, I was actually very scared and dare not to look down at all!
Were what shown in the above photos look real? I believe so. Anyway, those shown are actually made of wax. The photos were taken while we were in a wax museum, all those items in the museum look vivid as real being unless you are told before hand that they are all made of wax! It convinced me that skill and art is something that can last forever! Of course, that include my eternal love to my darling wife!
The photo showed we were waiting for our tour bus after we had done our evening shopping in the famous Shanghai town. Almost everything in Shanghai town is expensive!
The photos below were taken while we were on-board a ship for touring around to see the whole Shanghai night view. I had actually used my camera to make some video recording, however, was not able to show it here due the big file size of what was recorded. Until and unless I know how to break it down to smaller file size, else I will not be able to share it with you!
The above photos were taken while the China tour guide took us to visit a famous hot night spot in Shanghai. Guess what we saw? Dating couples, hang round youngsters, and with lots of non Chinese, i.e. white and black ones from various countries!
Hi, it is nice to see you here.
