These photos were taken in a visit to a jade shop in Hangzhou, again a visit brought to us by the China Tour guide for us to empty our pocket money!
My darling wife was in front of a road side shop when our tour bus stopped half way at a resting place while we were on our way to Hangzhou. This shop sells some fine and beautiful ceramic pots mosly for making teas , however, this is not the perfect place to buy, according to our tour guide. He assured us would take us to a better place in Hangzhou for buying ceramic pots. To tell you a secret, I drink teas almost everyday! Am I a knowledgeable tea enthusiast? You guess.
I had actually brought home some fine and beautiful tea ceramic pots from our subsequent visit to Hangzhou!
These photos were taken in Hangzhou’s Xixi National Wetland Park (if the name is correct!). This Xixi National Wetland Park is located at the west park of Hangzhou, Zhejiang province (again, I hope I am right, a result of not paying attention to what the tour guide said!). With a total of approx. 10.64 square kilometers (approx. 26,300 acres), the park is densely crisscroseed with six main watercourses, and is scattered with various beautiful ponds, lakes and swamps. Did not take many photos as it was simply difficult to do so while we rode on the boat touring around the wetland (was actually sat inside the boat and viewed the scenery from inside!).
The lady with my children was our China tour guide in Hangzhou. Think she is not that young, however, her face is so smooth and fair, much younger than the teens! Can’t remember what she told us on how she manages to maintain her skin in that condition, but is definitely not because of applying SK II! I think is something to do with making use of the China tea leaf!
Why they were so happy? Must be because they were becoming our group tour leaders now!
These photos were taken during the West Lake night show in Hangzhou, was a 45 minutes to an hour show.
