White cliff country has entertained at an inexpensive cost. Visiting ten places, which are highly entertaining on a single day is quite impossible even if provided with a proper route map. If a trip is for a couple of days then it may be made possible for you to plan and visit some of the best places. In fact, some of the places I visited were, Gazen Salts Nature Reserve extending over a stretch of one mile and path is full of twists and turns with waterways all around, it was a thrilling experience. I saw Battle of Britain Memorial, it was most touching moments of my entire trip, it reminded me of the aircrew who fought and won the Battle of Britain.
My visit to Barnsole Vineyard was a mini tour where I had a taste of wine, quite tasty. Kearsney was even more perfect place to watch the wildlife. I could make this all in a day’s out budget. Even more interesting to tell will be my travelling across the Channel crossing by Dover ferries from France to England.
My first preference was to board a car ferry that could take me to comfortably across the British Channel and further drive over and over Dover. I wanted to make no delay whilst travelling. Most of the places where it hinders whilst journeying is at check-in desk onboard, Unloading vehicles at ports, roads which are busy with more traffic signal junctions.
Whilst following a brochure of a ferry operator I was surprised to notice that targeted audience of the ferry’s operator is car travellers and freight vehicles. Dunkirk is an ideal port for the travellers who want to have a smooth drive from interiors of Europe. This Port is connected to the rest of Europe with the A16 and A25 motorways. These roads are smooth, calm and peaceful and in fact many major cities of Europe are closer to Dunkirk than Calais. Dunkirk port is a freight port and only one ferry operator operates on the Dunkirk to Dover port. So, on the roads of A16 and A25, most of the time, you would find freight vans or trailers, this reduced the risk of traffic congestion as we moved towards Dunkirk port.
Onboard facilities were fantastic and every staff member was extremely friendly with us and for just a 2 hour travel across the British Channel. These ferries to England are fully equipped with expensive furniture meant for comforting us. On board, children play area is designed with latest attractive furniture’s and mind blowing games castle to engage the children through out journey. Onboard, the La Veranda Bistro, restaurant is made available at wonderful location and I had a wonderful chance to select delicious food. Every moment of my travel on the Dover ferries was memorable.

The UK travellers mostly prefer to visit great European destinations on their vacations, particularly ferries to France or and other popular places across the continent. I often go for a ferry break to the continent which I find to be the most entertaining way to enjoy a family holiday. I always prefer to travel by ferries because ferry travel attracts me a lot. I like to share my travel experiences with all so that it could help my fellow citizens in plan a short break to any of these locations in the best possible way.
